We at Mileseey take your personal data seriously. We process Personal Information collected during your visit to the Mileseey Tools Website and use of Services in compliance with this Notice and all applicable laws and regulations. Data protection and information security are part of Mileseey corporate policy.

VII. DURATION OF STORAGE; RETENTION PERIODS
We store your data for as long as necessary to provide our online services and the services associated with them, or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in storing it further (e.g. we may still have a legitimate interest in postal marketing even after the contract has been performed). In all other cases, we delete your personal data, with the exception of the data we are obliged to store for longer in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. we are obliged to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a specific period of time due to fiscal and commercial retention period regulations).
VIII. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment Gateway Providers Database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, who are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
IX. WHAT ABOUT MARKETING?
We would like to be able to contact you from time to time about our new similar products and services and promotional offers, where we have your permission or are otherwise permitted by applicable law to do so.

Mileseey does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from online visitors under the age of 16. Mileseey does not knowingly allow visitors under the age of 16 to participate in any promotions or contests made available on the Mileseey Tools Website from time to time.
XII. What happens if you do not provide us with the information we request or ask that we stop processing your information?
Where we need to collect personal data in order to enter into or perform a contract and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to enter into or perform that contract, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
When you use our Services, for instance our mobile applications, tools and devices, you may be asked to provide certain information. Where you do not do so, and that Service, or certain features of the Service, requires this information, the Service or certain features of the Service will no longer function.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request or access request does not require you to create an account with us, but if you already have an account with us, you may be required to make your request through that account.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request or access request, as applicable, to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
XIX. Response timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request or access request, as applicable, within forty five (45) days of its receipt, or sooner where required by applicable law (including Canadian Privacy Laws). If we require more time (up 90 days), where permitted by applicable law, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide in response to a verifiable consumer request will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
For data portability requests, where applicable, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
